Most people don't come to coaching knowing what they want in terms of a coaching package, which is why all sessions start with a free exploratory call, where we discuss what is bringing you to coaching, how coaching might help you with moving forwards, give you a sense as to what the sessions might be like and what the best option for you might look like.
In addition to the standard packages listed below, there is an opportunity to design a bespoke package - we can discuss this in the exploratory call.
