

Masked Realities: THe unspoken career journeys of neurodivergent women
Finding ways to leverage the skills of the 15% of the UK population that is neurodivergent is key for companies to retain their competitive advantage.
Research by Deloitte has shown that teams who successfully integrate neurodivergent individuals are 30% more productive, and have higher morale. However, while neurodiversity is becoming an increasingly hot topic, limited research has been done around what drives or inhibits success and fulfilment for these individuals, particularly women.
Through detailed interviews, combined with an online survey, this study fills that gap, giving a voice to neurodivergent women, and pulling together some best practices and insights for companies to apply across their workforces.
